1.Five teachers from the Vidyalaya participated in the Scout Guide training at Kendriya Vidyalaya Masimpur scheduled from 27.12.2009 to 03.01.2010.

2. On 12.01.2010 National Youth Day was celebrated to commemorate the birthday of Swami Vivekanand.

3. Annual Inspection phase III was Completed on 18.01.2010 under the leadership of Shri. P Ghanekar Principal KV Karimganj and the membership of Shri M Ahmed Principal KV Panchgram.

4. On 23.01.2010 the Vidyalaya remembered Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose and celebrated his birthday.

5. 61st Republic Day was celebrated and cultural programmmes were organized by the students of the Vidyalaya.

6. Advocacy workshops on adolescence education for parents and staff members were conducted in the Vidyalaya on 17.02.2010 and 19.02 2010 respectively.

7. CCE training of the teaching staff was conducted in the Vidyalaya on 22.02.2010 to make teachers familiar about the process of formative and summative assessment.

8.The new academic session started with enthusiasm and fresh admission in Class I were done and SRP organized.

9. 24th Annual Day of the Vidyalaya celebrated on 28th April 2010. CCA Prizes were given to Children and students presented a grand cultural programme.

10. 64th Independence day was celebrated on 15th August 2010. Students performed cultural items and patriotic songs. Shri. V.M.Singh commandant 63BN BSF and Chairman VMC KV Dholchera was the Chief Guest and hoisted the flag on the occasion.

11. Annual Academic Inspection ( Phase-I) was conducted in our Vidyalaya on 18th September 2010 under the leadership of Shri. C.Mani Honorable Education Officer KVS Silchar Region. Shri RAS. Yadav Principal KV Kumbhigram and Shri. R. Srinivasan Principal KV Silchar were the other members of the Inspecting Team.
