Minutes of VMC meeting conducted on 07.08.2009
1.Introduction of the members.
2.Discussion about the academic improvement of Class X and class VI to IX and XI
Internal exams.

3. Cleaning of the ground for games/sports facilities and constructing Hockey
ground, Kho-Kho ground, Volley Ball court, Badminton Court, Basket Ball Court
and Multi Purpose gym.
4. Grill for the Doors of the computer lab for the safety and security of Lab.
5. Proposal for purchase of LCD projector, air conditioners and generators for
computer labs.
6. Condemnation of the store/stock 2008-09.
7. The teachers must be helped with quarters by BSF authorities till the construction
of family quarters is completed in the Vidyalaya premises.
8. Any other point by the Chair.

i) In place of LCD Projector, the multimedia projector should be purchased for the Vidyalaya to implement the computer aided teaching in a better way.
(ii) Two 1.5 tons air conditioners with a separate cable, main switch and MCB isolator should be established for the Vidyalaya Computer Lab.
(iii) In place of an Inverter, 10 kva online UPS should be purchased for the Vidyalaya computer lab to conduct the computer classes smoothly and overcome the problem of frequent electricity failure.
(iv) Grill should be placed only in the main entrance of the computer lab and other doors should be locked from inside.
(v) The Work Schedule for the construction of the family quarters should be taken from the CPWD Engineer/ Contractor and should be forwarded to Chairman VMC for checking that the work is undergoing as per the schedule.
(vi) In place of constructing separate Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton courts, the money should be utilized to construct a single multipurpose indoor hall should be constructed having all facilities in the indoor as due to incessant raining for about eight months out of twelve months in a year, indoor courts would be a better choice.
(vii)In place of Carbon Hockey stick , normal hockey stick should be provided for the students to reduce the expenditure.
(viii) In PTA meeting, Principal should address the parents in the presence of all the teachers of the Vidyalaya.
(ix) Electricity meter reading of the Vidyalaya should be monitored carefully and
tallied with the Vidyalaya Electricity bill.
(x) Any other point by the Chair

(i) Contractual teachers whose performance is good may be continued if the replacement of a proper candidate is not found for the next academic session.

(ii) Battalion doesn’t have a civil engineer but the persons having knowledge
about the construction process may be provided to check the process of
construction of family quarters by the CPWD.

(iii) Chairman VMC will forward a letter to the DC Cachar to recommend the
construction of road from the Post Office Jarailtola to the Vidyalaya gate.

(iv) The 63 BN BSF have a JCB machine but is not in a functional condition at present. As soon as in gets repaired it will be provided to the Vidyalaya to cut the big bushes in the Vidyalaya campus.

(v) In place of Wooden Display Boards, Pin Up Boards of thermocol should be placed for different departments as this will reduce cost.

(vi) Proposal should be sent to the Chairman VMC along with the fact figures to open one more section of classes in the Vidyalaya and Chairman VMC will forward it.

(vii) Extra remedial classes should be provided to the slow learners after school hours to improve their performance.

(vii) Any other point by the Chair.
