MINUTES OF PTA MEETING ON 27.08.2009
1. To show progress reports, Answer sheets to the parents and explain
the deficiencies of the students.
2. Explain rules about 75% attendances.
3. Explain about Re-Test and Medical certificate.
4. Emphasis on the use of NCERT text books and previous year question
papers.
5. To conduct Weekly/Fortnightly/Monthly Test of the students for
continuous
assessment and improvement of the academics of the students.
6.Weak areas and strong areas of the students communicated to their
parents
MINUTES OF PTA MEETING ON 21.12.2009
1. Principal addressed the meeting and suggested the importance of
home studies of students and handling of students by parents properly.
2. Decision was taken to conduct extra classes for slow learners after
school hours.
3. Emphasis was given on regular attendance of children and their
concentration on studies.
4. Class teachers showed progress reports to students and their parents
related to the Half Yearly Examination and subject teachers discussed
about the performance of students with parents and gave tips for the
further improvement in performance.
